Detailed description: When a player dies just before Game Over, he doesn't show up in the podium screen.
Steps to Reproduce: Have three players with different scores, one of the three leading players dies just before the Game Over.

RLN Description: When a player dies just before Game Over, he doesn't show up in the podium screen.
RLN Fix Description: All three MVPs are now displayed in the correct order in the Podium and in the Scoreboard even when they died just before Game Over.

[Added] New podium script in fnc\server\fn_podium.sqf using dummies instead of the player.
[Fixed] Podium labels in fnc\client\fn_podiumLabels.sqf
[Fixed] End game management in fnc\client\outro.sqf
