Detailed description: When a players leaves a game before the podium is displayed his stats are not displayed on the scoreboard.

RLN Description: Enable the deactivation of the Timer/Score hint for Spectators
RLN Fix Description: Spectators can now press F5 to disable the Timer/Score hint.

As the script was starting to become lengthy, we moved it to a dedicated script function fn_initSpectator.sqf and rewrote it's execution in initPlayerLocal.sqf.
