Detailed description: Extend the distance to which the spectator can see the name of the player. Currently, over 100m, the name is replaced by the group name.

The Distance is defined in \A3\Functions_F_Exp_A\EGSpectatorCommonDefines.inc
#define DISTANCE_NAMES                    100.0

But, it gets the group name via :
groupId _group;

Added line 90 and 91 to initPlayerLocal.sqf
// Fixing Spectator name distance
group player setGroupIdGlobal [format["%1", name player]];
